Own tool shop allows ALW Slovakia to produce die-casting dies, trimming and other tools in high quality and in a short time. It also enables a quick response in case of customer requests to change supplied parts.
Close cooperation between the tool shop, the foundry and the suppliers of tooling steel and heat treatment enables a constant increase in the quality and life guaranty of the manufactured tools.
In addition to classic tooling machines, the tool room is equipped with several 5-axis CNC centres and sink and wire electrical discharge machines. For assembling and fitting the tools, a spotting press is used.
